This past week I had to attend the funeral of a dear friend of mine. It was a hard loss for me and the days leading up to the service found me in a dark place. I spent most of the time alone, reflecting.
See, death- for me- always brings up a myriad of questions. Like, what does it meant to be alive? What defines a life well lived? And, most importantly, what does one wear to the funeral?
Like most women, I think every outing is an opportunity to show off what the good lord gave me. And I am a firm believer that no event or place is an exception.
Now I find a lot of people are hesitant to ‘flaunt it’ at services for the recently deceased, seeing as it is usually quite a somber affair. But don’t let something like death get in the way of your life! Here is the perfect guide on what to wear to your next funeral.
